When I retired in 2013 I wanted to move back to my old neighborhood on the once modest upper west side of Manhattan, but, having earned an academic salary pitched to Indiana, I couldn't have afforded to purchase a closet there. A relative contacted me to say he could arrange a nice and affordable apartment in the building he lived in near my old home. It was a Trump building with a "Trump" marquee. I live in Indiana.
